Thank you to all of those who came to our shows at Salt 'n Pepper, Battle of the Bands at Sweetwater, and Sports Com Pavilion.  It was great to see so many people come and check us out for the first time live.  Due to another band that is named "Boss Tweed" and problems with that, our band is official titled "Tweed and the Southside Mafia".  T-shirts from the band are currently being situated and hopefully we'll have them out within the next few weeks or so.  Tomorrow we will be performing at the OHS talent show in the auditorium at 7:00PM, tickets sold at the door.  More shows are being worked out, with dates, venues, time, etc. being posted here, our Myspace at www.myspace.com/bosstweedss, and our Pure Volume at www.purevolume.com/bosstweed.  Our newest recorded track is titled "Jacobs vs. Patterson" and can be heard at the above links ^.  Stay tuned!

Spring break + week in Gulf Shores, Alabama = very good

Hope everyone had an enjoyable spring break as well.

Our band, if you don't already know, has three recorded tracks titled "If Irritation Persists", "Float Crib", and "Jesus Save the Everglades" and they can be heard over at our Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/bosstweedss)  and Pure Volume (http://www.purevolume.com/bosstweed).  We have a few more songs worked up and, of course, we are constantly practicing and preparing for some upcoming shows right here in Murfreesboro.  Please check out our sites for dates, times, etc. to come and see us play sometime in the next few weeks or so.  Thank you to all of those listening.

If you don't know by now, the record label we have created is call Stricken Sick Records.  The first band we have on it is, of course, our very own.  Our name is official and finally "Boss Tweed".  The website for the record label had been on the web for a while now, but I haven't posted the link for it until our band finally had a name.

Currently Listening Gutter Phenomenon By Every Time I Die see related

      Hello in 2006.  Another Battle of the Bands will be taking place at Rocketown in Nashville, sometime in February.  Auditions for it are on Feb. 12th.  Our band is currently still nameless.  However the songs are coming together well, along with a web site we are making for our very own record label, which I'll soon have a link here for all to click on and visit once the band has a solid name.  I'll be posting much more on this in the next week or so, so stayed tuned.
